A brand new Benriner does not work.
Cutting surface is placed higher than the blade. Benriner is packed with the cutting surfaced placed up to the maximum height for safety reason. Bring Benriner to your eye level to adjust the Cutting Surface lower by turning screws.
I cannot slice with Interchangeable Blade.
Cutting surface is placed too low. Please adjust the Cutting Surface higher.
