I just tried BENRINER, but it doesn’t cut.

	At the factory, BENRINER is packed with the cutting surface placed up to the maximum height.

Therefore, the cutting surface can be placed higher than the blade.

In such case, the vegetable doesn't touch the blade and therefore, it doesn't cut.

	Bring the cutting surface down to the level low enough that the vegetable can touch the blade by rotating the screw counter clock wise.
